About Me

My personal journey of transformation and healing began in 1986, just after graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Exercise physiology. I was diagnosed with an incurable disease and given a death sentence. While doctors gave me a prognosis of 10 years to live, I rewrote my own destiny. Facing one’s mortality can be the greatest of life’s teachings. I immersed myself in learning about alternative healing, human potential and our role in a universe of energy.

Being the youngest of six kids, three brothers and two sisters, I was hypersensitive as a child and would see, hear, feel, and experience things that were going on around me beyond the surface of what was occurring. Being sensitive gave me an innate understanding of the human body and psyche, and an intuitive relationship with energy beyond the physical. I am an intuitive healer and a warrior for life.

Though not ascribing to any religion, I believe there are many ways to hear one’s higher self. It is my belief that we are all spiritual beings, having a human experience, and are ongoing students along the path of light. Over the last three decades, I have transformed my body, my mind and my spirit. I have shared my soul’s journey and lessons, activating  and liberating other souls along the way. I would love, and be honored, to help you find your soul’s desire.

Dennis Grounds has dedicated over 30 years of his amazing life to learning and exploring the body, mind and soul.

Dennis has been called a “Fire Catalyst” – one who ignites the fire in your passion and life. He can see the darkness and teaches you how to shine your light on it. Dennis will show you the true path that leads you to understanding that the fear in your mind is not visible to the outside world. Eliminating these road blocks allows you the space to discover your true purpose.

Dennis Grounds is simple man who shares in the human experience. He is not a saint nor a guru. He has lived a life of wealth and lost everything. He has loved deeply and suffered a broken heart. He has had several near death experiences, has seen the other side and can tell you all about it. He has lived addiction – and found his liberation. Dennis clearly communicates with those on the other side. He has the ability to look ahead of time and space and see and feel the collective consciousness.

In one form or another, we each have our own inner conflicts with negative perceptions of ourselves and self-doubt. We all have deep hidden fears that we try so ferociously to control which usually prevents us from living a full life. When you are struggling with any form of negativity about yourself, there are times when you just need a little help. Dennis can provide that insight and depth. His teaching are not from a book he has read. He uses his experience, intuition, breath and depth of wisdom to uncover the block that is holding you back from being your confident self.
